Our New Ride

So we have ourselves a new car, which is by no means "new", but it sure is new to us. It's a 1996 Nissan Primera, an 11 year-old grandma in the body of a 2 year-old girl, lol. It's true. The car is old in years but it has been very well taken care of and is in great shape both on the outside and inside (engine). Most important, it's automatic, which means that i can finally drive! Very exciting! Our only concern is how it will perform in the winter on the icy, zigzagging Swiss roads, up and down the mountains. Unfortunately, it is not a 4WD, which is what we would have preferred in an automatic, so we'll have to wait and see how it does. But for now, we're very happy, for it's a nice family sedan, which, with any luck (and that is really all you need when buying a new used car) will serve us and our future family for a long time.
